ITX Corp, a business and Web technology firm located in Pittsford, NY, today announces a strategic merger with the local Internet company, LogicalSolutions.net’s Development division. The integration will be completed on December 31, 2009 when LogicalSolutions.net transitions the leadership of its development division to ITX Corp. The newly combined software development division, which will operate under the name of ITX Corp., positions ITX Corp. as one of the largest providers of business technology and software/Web development services in Upstate New York. At that time, LogicalSolutions.net will focus on growing their Data Center and Web hosting divisions. The two companies will continue to work closely together after the merger is complete in their continued commitment to supporting their clients’ visions and strategic goals.   

The strategic merger brings together the expertise of both companies in project management, testing, development and user-experience design. The combination of these two divisions will enhance ITX Corp’s ability to provide interface design and development services, while delivering optimal technology solutions to both LogicalSolutions.net and ITX Corp. clients. The growth potential for ITX Corp. within the Western New York region will be maximized through the merger.

According to Fred Beer, ITX will be naming LogicalSolutions.net its newest Data Center partner, moving at least 1 of its current Data Centers to their new Data Center in Pittsford.  

The entire LogicalSolutions.net Development Team will be retained by ITX Corp. and will be moving into ITX’s Pittsford headquarters. The addition of this talented team to ITX’s existing employee base, located in Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Ithaca, Colorado, Portland, St. Louis and throughout the globe, further strengthens ITX’s mission of using technology to help clients move, touch and inspire the world.
