Thank you for choosing service from ITX Corp. As a customer, your contract with ITX Corp consists of your service agreement, which incorporates by reference the Standard Terms and Conditions. Your service agreement may include other terms and conditions set forth in additional schedules listed below. These service specific terms and conditions shall apply, in addition to your service agreement, the Standard Terms and SLA, in the event you purchase a service with applicable service specific terms and conditions.

ITX supports artists intellectual property rights, and when acquiring imagery on a client's behalf we will obtain, and/or comply with, the correct usage license. For materials provided to ITX by the client, or the client's representatives, the client warrants that they have full rights to all the materials provided. Providing the materials obligates the client to defend the right of ITX to use these materials in the client's project and to bear any cost in protecting ITX from any claims arising from the use of materials first provided by the client.

PLEASE READ THE STANDARD TERMS AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AS THESE GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU (THE CUSTOMER) AND ITX CORP. BY ENROLLING IN, USING, OR PAYING FOR ITX CORP'S SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE STANDARD TERMS, THE SLA AND THE OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. ITX CORP MAY CHANGE THE STANDARD TERMS, SLA AND OTHER SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AT ANY TIME. YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS SITE FREQUENTLY FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ITX CORP'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME YOU USE THE SERVICES.
