ITX Corp. Acquires Tulsa-Based  Software Development & Design Company New Medio


Rochester, NY – ITX Corp., a full-lifecycle software development firm headquartered in Rochester, NY, is proud to announce the acquisition of New Medio, a software development and design company located in Tulsa, OK. Founded by CEO Ralph Dandrea in 1997, ITX has grown from a telecommunication-based company, into a global software product development firm with over 200 employees, located both domestically and globally.


Chief Executive Officer of New Medio, Adam Nemec, said, "New Medio's passion is building custom software tools to help our clients solve their thorniest business logic needs. As of December 1st, 2018, ITX and New Medio officially began their new partnership. This marks ITX’s 11th acquisition, and its first in the state of Oklahoma.
